Before it was a studio, INEYA was a family name and a conviction: software should belong to the people who use it.

The founder: Skander Mallek
INEYA is Skander Mallek’s studio. A salesperson turned builder, he spent years equipping sales teams and kept reaching the same conclusion: the best tools charge a lot and hold their customers' data hostage. So he decided to build others.
The name: “My eyes”
Ineya means “my eyes” in Arabic. A name assembled from his family’s, which became a way of working: look a problem in the face, for a long time, until you see the answer everyone else missed.
The conviction: Own, don’t rent
His family name carries the rest of the story. Mallek means “the one who owns”. INEYA turned that into its thesis, in four words: you own, you don’t rent.
The studio: We build, we operate
INEYA is not an agency that ships then disappears. It is a venture builder: we design, launch and run our own products, each built on a real problem and a clear revenue mechanism.
The method: Sovereign by default
Everything is self-hosted, the artificial intelligence runs locally, the data stays with the client. No imposed dependency, no lock-in. Between Tunis and Paris, we make software that lasts.

The portfolio holds 17 ventures. 9 products are reachable online today: Closara, Duerly, Lokal, Thyna Partners, Solvenda, Subventa, Sygnara, Tendveo, and Aedova in beta.
Everything is self-hosted and the AI runs 100 % locally: your data stays with you, nothing is sent to a third party.
Closara carries neither a proprietary licence nor a per-seat subscription. Its billing code holds no user limit at all: we bill the infrastructure, never the seat.
Our radars read official public sources: the BODACC gazette for company failures, BOAMP and TED for public tenders, and the INSEE SIRENE registry to identify a company.
Duerly produces the French DUERP workplace risk assessment, mandatory for every employer in France, with Word, Excel and PDF exports. Online payment is live: four plans, three of them payable directly.
Since 27 June 2026, missing a DUERP exposes an employer to an administrative fine of up to 4,000 € per employee, doubled on repeat: article L8115-1, 6° of the French Labour Code, created by law no. 2026-534 of 25 June 2026.
Processing stays GDPR-compliant, the European regulation in force since 2018: local processing, our own hosting, no data resale.

What is INEYA Studio?

INEYA Studio is a sovereign software studio and venture builder: it designs, launches and operates its own products, self-hosted, running local AI and GDPR-compliant. The studio works between Tunis and Paris.

From official public sources, cited product by product: the BODACC gazette for insolvency proceedings, BOAMP and TED for public tenders, the INSEE SIRENE registry to identify a company, and the Redfin Data Center for the US housing market. Nothing is bought from a list reseller.

What does sovereign software mean to INEYA?

Software you own and host: the code and the data stay with you, the AI runs locally, with no imposed dependency and no per-seat subscription. If you leave, you leave with everything.

Is INEYA a studio or a software publisher?
