Ineya means "my eyes". We look a problem in the eye, build the tool that solves it, and keep it sovereign.
Who we are
Before it was a studio, INEYA was a family name and a conviction: software should belong to the people who use it.
INEYA is the studio of Skander Mallek. A salesperson turned builder, he spent years equipping sales teams and reaching the same conclusion: the best tools charge a premium and hold their clients' data hostage. So he set out to build better ones.
Ineya means "my eyes" in Arabic. A name woven from those of his family, which became a way of working: looking a problem in the eye, for a long time, until you see the answer everyone else missed.
His surname carries the rest of the story. Mallek means "the one who owns". INEYA turned it into a thesis, in five words: you own, you don't rent.
INEYA is not an agency that ships and disappears. It is a venture builder: we design, launch and run our own products, each one built on a real problem and a clear revenue model.
